What are the precautions for the use of mobile cantilever cranes?

  • The operator should strictly abide by the equipment’s operating regulations, master the performance of the lifting equipment, and strictly prohibit overloading.
  • This mobile jib crane must follow the basic principle of “do not hoist when running, and do not operate when hoisting”.
  • It is not allowed to use the terminal baffle as a normal parking method.
  • Four supporting devices must be opened to support the ground before lifting to ensure safety
  • When lifting heavy objects, try to avoid multiple jog operations on the electric hoist.
  • The chain or wire rope for lifting heavy objects must have sufficient strength, firmness and reliability.
  • The acute angles when lifting heavy objects should be padded, and the ropes covering the hooks must be placed in the center of the hooks to prevent slipping off.
  • Lifting and moving of heavy objects should be carried out in a vertical situation, diagonal pulling is forbidden, and it is not allowed to rotate the lifting frame beam to drag or hit.
  • When the lifting equipment fails to operate and an accident occurs, the power supply should be cut off immediately.
  • When lifting heavy objects, passengers and pedestrians are prohibited from passing through the lower end of the crane.
  • When taking a break after work, no heavy objects should be suspended in the air, and the power should be turned off in time.
